A large crowd was on hand to hear former Springwood Academy and current Auburn University golfer Celeste Troche and current AU Women's Golf Coach Kim Evans. Also at the meeting, GVAAC President Owen Hodges presented recent Lanett High Graduate Andrew Looser with the 2001 GVAAC Scholarship.

Junior Recognition Banquet is a hit
The annual GVAAC Top Ten Junior Banquet saw over 100 parents and students representing all 6 local high schools in attendance. Congratulations and War Eagle! to all the students and parents!
